Project Summary
One of the applications we had most requests lately is a small appliance that feeds remote rooms projectors as a quick solution when conferences got overcrowded and additional rooms got provided on the last minute (this scenario happened few times in my university and during other webcasts).
The XGI hardware support for decoding mpeg2 looks a good match with the thin efika in order to get a specific solution with a good cost/performance ratio.
I'll try to evaluate custom made solution as well already defined systems like elisa
