Project Proposal
Haskell is a general purpose purely functional programming language.It is a programming language evolving very fast and with a great community, and an already big list of programms and packages available.
Nevertheless, there are little support for programms written on Haskell that runs on PPC (almost nothing).
The project would be help maintaining and port all of these applications to the PPC platform using the ODW. I would start for the main compiler, GHC, followed by helping to improve important libraries like for example c2hs, hs-plugins, wxhaskell, among others, and after that, start porting most of the user level applications and tools listed on the Haskell site, which is the main repository for the community.
