Project Summary
I would like to enable ARM code & optimizations in media sound and video apps in Gentoo, as I'm currently a developer in that category for Gentoo I know from personal experience these have now been forcibly disabled because nobody has had the time, motivation or hardware to test them before.
And while going on that path, it would involve helping the Gentoo ARM team in general by testing, fixing, and porting apps that come in the way of doing the previously mentioned.

Apologies for delays on starting to work on this. It's a sum of financial and time problems that have postponed starting to work on this. It looks like I'll have time next week (and rest of this year) to get this going on.
