Project Summary
Mupper is a rescue system with focus on advanced users and developers. Containing alot of various tools to maintain and rescue a broken system. Focus to build a self contained enviroment and simplfy for developers and users then using this board. Since mupper has a short building time and only one current developer the lead times are fast. So implement new feature is a straight forward process. So Mupper can be out with the newest kernels and feaures quite fast.
Project startup process
1. Create a build enviroment
2. Create build scripts
3. Make build scripts platform independed
4. Build first release for i.MX515
One of my long term goals is to create an build enviroment that can be built for many types of hardware. With a simple script. Achiving this goal will make Mupper a multi platform distribution with the same baseline of software. Cusomizations are always needed to support a hardware. But this will be kept to a minimum level.
Previous versions of mupper has been a great success. Resellers started to ship Mupper with the Pegasos2 computers. And it has been downloaded over 2000 times at my website http://www.mupper.org

I have been VERY busy. But I hope it will be little less to do in the nearest of time so I can release a mupper-tiny for Efika.MX. I have been looking in to how to crosscompile software for arm using a x86 maching.
