Make sure the FFmpeg optimizations for arm and neon already present are fully supported on the platform and improve them extending the optimizations coverage to be on par with the other major architectures (X86 and PowerPC)

This weekend I had been in Paris to meet the VLC developers and other friends (Måns included), I brought the Efikamx I had just received and that lead some interest even if it had been basically just unwrapped there.
Tomorrow I'm moving in Japan for the winter vacations, hopefully I'll have the time to see what happens when you mix the ffmpeg neon improvements from Måns and the wicked optimization architecture brewing in the http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~siamashka/pixman/log/?h=combiners-arm-neon branch from Siarhei Siamashka
