Project Proposal
Suspend to RAM - turn off devices and put processor to deep sleep - has lots of potential for many projects where fast booting and restoring previous state is needed.
Various \"car computers\" are a nice example of this. It would also be benefitial to many projects, where the board is not constantly used, just to save power.
