Bootstrap software for Debian

Project Summary
Port all of the necessary software to bootstrap Debian on
EFIKA. These software include:
1. GRUB2
2. Debian-installer
3. Latest Debian kernel for PowerPC
The goal is to allow Debian to list EFIKA as a supported platform.

Personal events will prevent me from working on these boards when they are available. Instead of wasting a board by having it sit idle, please issue my board to the next developer.
