This new Reggae class works as a stream abstraction layer for HTTP/1.1 protocol. Using the class Reggae application can use remote resources available via HTTP protocol exactly the same as local one accessible by file.stream or memory.stream. The class is fully HTTP/1.1 compatible, and as such supports chunked transfer and proxies.
