	MediaLogger update posted by Grzegorz Kraszewski on 12th August 2007 MediaLogger is an important component of Reggae. It receives all log messages from Reggae classes and presents them to the user. Very useful for debug purposes. I've made three improvements, updating the program to version 1.7. The first one is rather cosmetic, I've changed logclear shortcut from CMD+C to CMD+Z to be consistent with tools like Snoopium or LogTool. The second one is more important. In previous versions when log was cleared, memory occupied by cleared messages was not freed immediately, but on the program exit. Now it is freed just after a log clear. The third change is a feature. While more and more applications uses Reggae, analysing logs may be difficult, because logs from different applications are mixed up. Application filter (based on DOS patterns) fixes this problem. Filter can be also quickly activated and deactivated with a mouse click. I plan to release an updated MediaLogger together with ZX Spectrum SCR decoder/demuxer and yet to be debugged GIF anim viewer.
