 Frame disposition methods

I've implemented GIF frame disposition methods 0, 1, and 2. 0 is identical to 1 in my case, as previous frame contents is always left in place. Method 2 required only generation of additional RECTFILL metaformat block. Method 3 however is a bit harder as my internal metaformat player has to be extended with SAVE and RESTORE implementations. I hope to have it finished tomorrow.
