 GIF89a, the first step

The gif.decoder class has been implemented with supporting all 89a features in mind. Now is the time to do it. The first step, accomplished today, is detecting and parsing Graphics Control Extension blocks of the GIF datastream. Current version of decoder detects all extension blocks and parses GCE ones, extracting transparency information, animation delay and animation disposal method. Then I plan to implement transparency. It is easy, I just have to check for transparency and if present, set one palette entry alpha value to 0xFF.
