 Finished documentation of frmaudio.filter

I've mentioned this class in March, 28th blog. Now I've finished writing documentation for it (I usually start programming of a Reggae class by writing a complete autodoc), so I can start to implement the algorithm. I hope to have unoptimized version working in a few next days, then I can optimize it for both AltiVec (Pegasos 2) and non-AltiVec (Efika) machines.
