 More work on audio.output

I've looked again into audio.output class and fixed some problems. First of all, AHI unit selection finally works. It was documented for 3 years, but not implemented, now users of multiple soundcards will be satisfied. Then I've extended MMA_Sound_LoopedPlay attribute operation, now it can be passed at object creation, as well as set through the object's input port. I have also a minor issue with audio.output and soundloop.filter cooperation. I plan another small public update after this problem is tracked and fixed.
