 Portable PixMap done, GIF started

On a way to complete all the formats from the NetPBM family, I've added PPM (Portable PixMap) reading support to Reggae. Images with maximum value of color component up to 255 are supported (it means usually 24-bit images, I will support 48-bit images if it turns to be neccessary). The last format from the family is PAM, but it should be easy.
Meanwhile I started work on GIF demuxer/decoder. Demuxer is working already, of course the hard part will be decoder with LZW decompressor.
